Our Leadership

Sarah Favilla is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in both Pennsylvania and Texas, with more than 14 years of experience supporting individuals across a variety of clinical settings and communities impacted by mental health. As Clinical Director at Kore Autism Services, Sarah is committed to leading with integrity, compassion, and clinical excellence.

Her approach combines evidence-based behavioral strategies with a psychodynamic perspective, allowing for a deeper understanding of behavior and more meaningful, sustainable outcomes for the individuals and families Kore serves. Sarah is deeply passionate about elevating the quality of care within the field of ABA through strong clinical leadership, staff development, and advocacy for ethical, individualized services.

She is dedicated to fostering a supportive and growth-oriented environment for both clients and clinicians, and believes ABA is not simply a science, but a lifelong commitment to helping others thrive.

Sarah Favilla MA, BCBA, LBA Clinical Director

Sarah is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), licensed in both Pennsylvania and Texas, with over 14 years of experience. Sarah has experience working in a variety of different environments across multiple populations and communities impacted by mental health.

As Clinical Director at Kore Autism Services, Sarah is committed to leading with integrity, compassion, and clinical excellence. Her approach integrates a psychodynamic perspective with evidence-based behavioral strategies, supporting a deeper understanding of behavior and fostering meaningful, sustainable change.

Sarah is deeply passionate about elevating the lives of both the individuals served and the professionals who support them. She is a strong advocate for high-quality ABA services, staff development, and challenging the stigmas that persist within the field. For Sarah, ABA is not just a science, it’s a lifestyle.

Debi Coleman B.S. Registered Behavior Technician

Debi is a graduate of the University of Texas with a Bachelor of Science in biology. Debi has over 22 years of experience in the field of education and working with children.

After being a registered behavior technician for five years, Debi transitioned into the role as director of operations. Debi is focused on maintaining and driving efficiency and productivity. She also specializes in implementing data- driven process improvements and leading cross functional teams to achieve strategic goals and agile workflows.

Debi is dedicated to the quality of service to all families with children facing challenging situations. She’s committed to creating a welcoming and positive experience to all who connect with Kore Autism services. Debi’s motto: To inspire people, don’t show them your superpower. Show them theirs.

Charity Lunsford Client Services Coordinator

Charity is the Client Services Coordinator at Kore Autism Services, where she guides families through onboarding to make accessing ABA therapy clear and seamless. With a strong background in healthcare administration and customer service, she brings expertise in client relations, medical billing, insurance verification, prior authorizations, quality assurance, and patient care coordination.

Charity is deeply passionate about ensuring individuals and families feel heard, informed, and supported. Recognizing that navigating healthcare can be overwhelming, she takes pride in delivering compassionate communication, personalized guidance, and dependable follow-through. At Kore, Charity collaborates closely with families, providers, and clinical teams to coordinate services, manage accurate documentation, and ensure a welcoming experience. Her dedication to service perfectly embodies Kore’s core values of kindness, empathy, resilience, and opportunity.

Amy Rodriquez M.Ed, BCBA, LBA Center Director

Amy Rodriquez, BCBA, LBA. is a licensed behavior analyst (LBA) with the state of Texas, and a certified educator with the Texas Education Agency. Amy acquired a bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University in College Station, and a master’s degree in psychology from the University of Houston, in Clear Lake.

Amy taught High School Spanish in HISD and Spring Branch ISD for a total of 10 years, before achieving board certification in applied behavior analysis. Amy began serving typical learners, and students with learning differences in 1998. While teaching, Amy employed differentiated instructional strategies to accommodate the various learning styles of her students. It was there that Amy developed a passion for serving students diagnosed with cognitive, behavioral, and developmental differences.

Amy conducts functional behavior assessments to determine the function of behavior, the most appropriate antecedent strategies as well as effective, consequent strategies, in the behavior intervention plan.

Amy also utilizes criterion-referenced assessment tools to determine the learner’s level of functioning. Once the treatment plan is developed, Amy tracks the learner’s progress and emerging skills. Amy designs learning programs for children and adults who acquire communication skills, social skills, learner readiness skills, adaptive skills (self-care), and play skills. Amy also designs treatment programs for adults who wish to learn new skills and retain skills over time.

Amy conducts therapies in the home, school, clinic, residential, and vocational settings.

Amy is extremely excited about joining the KORE team! She looks forward to serving the KORE families in the Greater Houston area!

Krystle S. Allison M.Ed., BCBA, LBA Clinical Director

Krystle S. Allison has 17 years of experience in early childhood intervention and currently serves as a Clinical Supervisor at Kore Autism Services. Her expertise spans clinical intake, operational management, and early intervention within both educational and clinical settings. As a former early childhood special education teacher, Krystle understands the critical need for applied behavior analysis (ABA) in supporting early learners and promoting equitable access to education. Her work is dedicated to improving outcomes for clients with developmental delays, emphasizing individualized, compassionate, and evidence-based care.

She combines evidence-based behavioral principles with a deep understanding of family systems and individual experiences, ensuring that every plan reflects the unique needs and values of each child and family. As a leader, Krystle leads with compassion and integrity, fostering a supportive environment that values collaboration, reflection, and continuous growth.

Krystle is deeply passionate about empowering families to advocate for themselves and their children, helping them cultivate fulfilling lives despite the challenges they may face. Dedicated to advancing the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), she champions a culture that prioritizes client dignity and development. Her approach centers on the belief that meaningful progress occurs when both families and professionals are empowered to grow alongside the children they support.

Lauren Figueroa MA, BCBA, LBA BCBA

Lauren earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor and her Master of Arts from the University of West Florida – Pensacola. She became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2014 and has remained committed to evidence-based, client-centered practice.

Lauren specializes in a progressive approach to discrete trial teaching, with a strong emphasis on targeting pivotal learning skills and verbal behavior developmental cusps that promote meaningful, generalized learning. Her clinical work integrates precision teaching with developmentally informed programming to support long-term outcomes.

With over 15 years of experience, Lauren has worked extensively with clients and their families across home, clinic, community, and school settings. She brings significant experience in caregiver and staff training, interdisciplinary collaboration, and individualized program development.

Lauren is an active member of the Texas Association for Behavior Analysis and the Association for Behavior Analysis International.
